How to book

• Select the number of people who will try on (1 or 2).
• Choose a date and time from the availability calendar.
• Receive a confirmation e-mail with the details.
• Changes or cancellations via the confirmation e-mail.

Useful information before your visit

• Appointments are available by scheduling only.
• Duration is 30’ per person.
• Booking 1–2 weeks in advance is recommended.
• Late arrival does not allow extension.
• One accompanying person allowed without trying on garments.

Cancellation & no-show policy

• Cancellation or modification up to 48 hours before the appointment.
• Late cancellation or no-show may affect future appointments.
