Returns & Refund Policy for Non-Discounted Products

1. We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it within 2 days from the delivery date or choose one of the following options:

• 100% store credit with a personal code. Simply apply your code on your next order and the amount will be automatically deducted.
• Full refund. You may request a full refund of the amount you paid.
• If you paid via cash on delivery, the refund will be completed via bank transfer. The process takes approximately 14 business days.
• Exchange with another product. If you wish to change your item, you must inform us in advance so we can reserve the new item for you.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in perfect condition with security tags and original packaging.

2. Pack the item in its original packaging with the price tag and receipt and return it within 10 days from the delivery date.

For exchanges, you must send it back via Geniki Taxydromiki at our charge, or contact us to schedule a DHL pickup.

For returns, you may use any courier you prefer, or contact us to arrange a DHL pickup. Shipping costs are your responsibility unless you choose Geniki Taxydromiki with our charge. In this case, €3 (Attica) or €5 (rest of Greece) will be deducted from your refund.

3. Once we receive your parcel, we will process your request. After completion, you will receive a confirmation email with all details.

Don’t forget to check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails may end up there.

Keep in mind:

For exchanges, you must send the item back via Geniki Taxydromiki at our charge or arrange a DHL pickup with us.

Discounted products are not eligible for refunds.

In these cases, you may choose exchange or store credit. Any price difference must be covered by the customer. For best fit, please consult our size guide.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs must be covered by the customer, unless the item is defective.

For customers in Greece, return costs range from €3 to €5 when using Geniki Taxydromiki (the amount will be deducted from your refund). For international customers, if using DHL prepaid return label, the cost is 12.00€ and will be deducted from the refund.

Important note: We do not accept returns sent via Hellenic Post, as they are often delayed or lost.

Shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.
